摘　　要： 文章在深入分析中国交通发展面临节能减碳新要求、新形势的基础上,提出了低碳交通运输体系的新理念,论述了其主要发展途径与方式,并依据环境条件和内在需求的情景分析,探讨了科技创新对建设低碳公路运输体系的重要作用,明确了发展低碳公路交通运输体系需要做好的几项基础性工作。 The article submits new concept of low-carbon traffic transport system based on deep analysis of China traffic development faced new requirements and new situation for energy saving and carbon reduction,discusses its main development way and methods based on environment conditions and inner needs,discusses that technology innovation plays an on important role on constructing low-carbon highway transport system and clear some basic work to development it.
