摘 要: 本文数值研究了半高扩压器叶片高度对吸尘器用离心风机气动性能的影响。半高扩压器的叶高h/b分别为0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8,并与无叶扩压器(h/b=0)和叶片扩压器(h/b=1)进行了比较。模拟结果表明,半高扩压器能较好地改善扩压器内的流场,在叶高h/b=0.4~0.6的半高扩压器下风机效率取得最大值。 In this paper an numerical study is described to investigate the influence of half vane diffuser on the performance of a centrifugal fan,used in a vacuum cleaner.The diffuser vane height h/b is varied as follows;0(vaneless),0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 and 1.0(full vane) at two diffuser inlet radius R_3/R_2=1.03 and 1.07.The results show that the increase in the vaneless regeion by using the redesigned diffusers improves the flow conditions in the channel of the half vaned diffuser.And the optimal value of the vane height for both noise and performance of the centrifugal fan is about 0.4 ~0.6 times of the diffuser width.
