摘 要: 研究了镁和钒掺杂的钛酸钡(BTO)陶瓷的形貌和介电性能,结果发现:添加镁可抑制钛酸钡陶瓷晶粒的长大;随着镁含量的增加,陶瓷的介质损耗增大;掺杂钒可提高陶瓷的居里温度、降低损耗;随着钒含量的增加,陶瓷的剩余极化强度先增大后降低。研究了BTO薄膜的光性能,结果表明:随着膜厚的增加,BTO薄膜的带隙减小;在200~1 000 nm波长范围内,900℃下退火制备的BTO薄膜的带隙大于700℃下退火制备的BTO薄膜。 The surface morphology and dielectric properties of Mg-doped and V-doped barium titanate(BTO) ceramics were investigated.It was found that the addition of magnesium could inhibit grain growth of barium titanate ceramics.The Curie temperature and the dielectric constant peak decreased with the increasing of MgO content.As MgO content increased,the dielectric loss of Mg-doped barium titanate ceramics increased.Addition of vanadium accelerated grain growth of BTO ceramics.Vanadium doping could increase the Curie temperature and decrease the dielectric loss of barium titanate ceramics.As vanadium concentration increased,the remnant polarization of V-doped BTO ceramics began to increase and reached the maximum and then decreased.The optical properties of BTO films had been investigated.The band gap of the BTO films decreased with the increasing of thickness.The band gap of the BTO films annealed at 900 ℃ was more than that of the BTO films annealed at 700 ℃ when wavelength was 200 ~ 1 000 nm.
