摘 要: 基于岗位需求的高职院校职业化人才培养模式应依托专业的人才培养体系,以最终的职业化人才培养为目标,形成从职业化基础培养到职业化核心培养,再到职业化提升的三阶梯培养路径,将大学三年作为针对性培养的三个阶段,每阶段的职业化培养都应围绕以专业岗位需求为中心的职业素养、职业知识和职业技能培养为目标进行。基于岗位的职业化人才培养模式强调以包括专业课程体系建设、专业课程教学过程设计、专业师资队伍建设、职业化人才考评体系建设、专业职业文化建设和专业教学资源建设为核心的6个关键要素的系统建设为保证。 Position requirement-based mode is a talent training mode for vocational colleges aiming at professionalized talent cultivation.The mode includes three channels and three steps.Three channels involve an upward path from the basic to the core and to the elevation of cultivation.The three steps cover the three college years and the focus of each step should be on professional literacy,professional knowledge and professional sills required by the positions.The success of the mode development depends on the three key elements:course system,teaching design,teaching staff,evaluation system,professional culture and teaching resources.
