摘　　要： 由于我国高职院校在人才培养过程中更加注重专业知识、专业技能的教育,结果造成高职高专学生的公民素质状况不容乐观。通过对河源职业技术学院学生的公民道德素质、政治素质、法律素质以及维权意识等方面的详细调查,更加验证了当前高职院校学生的公民素质不高的严峻现实。公民的受教育程度和公民素质的高低状况是成正比的,因此,提高职院校学生的公民素质可以从以下几点着手:第一,构建公民素质教育体系;第二,搭建公民素质教育平台;第三,创设公民素质教育途径。 Nowadays,the citizen quality of higher vocational colleges has become a hot topic in the process of talent training.An investigation into college students' citizen moral quality,political quality,law quality and right-protection awareness has proved that there is positive correlation between the degree of education and the degree of citizen quality.The following are the suggestions for improving college students' citizen quality:Perfecting the system,scaffolding the platforms and creating the channels for college students' citizen quality education.
