摘 要: 教育评价系统构成因素的交互作用确定了教育评价是一个自组织系统,同时也确定了教育评价系统功能的限度。教育评价系统以内隐教育评价系统、灰教育评价系统及外显教育评价系统三种形式存在。教育评价系统的结构与机制是设计教育评价质量的基础,教育评价质量设计是教育评价质量之源。 The interaction of the elements of the educational evaluation makes that educational evaluation system is self-organizing, and thus, its functions are limited. Educational evaluation system exists three forms which are implicit educational evaluation system, grey educational evaluation system and explicit educational evaluation system. Structure and mechanism of education evaluation system are the basis of quality of designing educational evaluation, and educational evaluation quality design is the source of education evaluation quality.
