摘　　要： 由于特殊的地形限制,为在保护耕地的同时保障建筑用地,云南省实行了城镇山上政策,解决城镇山上后因新农村建设发展导致的水污染问题成为建设云南省新农村保护建设体系中一个重要环节。本文针对云南新农村地处山区特殊的地形地势、经济条件、民俗文化等条件,在开展大量新农村生态保护建设调研基础上,提出了多套适宜山区新农村污水处理新型技术,为云南省美丽乡村及新农村的生态文明建设和保护治理提供关键技术支撑。 As the limitations of particular terrain in Yunnan province,a policy of moving towns to mountain area was adopted to protect cultivated land and guarantee the use of land for new rural development at the same time.This policy also helped with solving the water pollution problems caused by the construction of new rural areas,and therefore it became an extremely important part in the new countryside construction system in Yunnan province.This article reviewed several new technologies of rural sewage treatment based on particular conditions of terrain,economic conditions,local traditional culture,and investigations of rural ecological environment protection in Yunnan province,which helped with new rural ecological civilization construction and environmental protection in Yunnan province.
