摘　　要： 文章介绍了开发PCB环保过滤芯的目的和意义,讨论了环保过滤芯的技术指标、生产工艺以及在PCB制造过程中的应用。 This paper described the significance of developing environment friendly filter elements, technical specifications, production process of environment friendly filter elements and its applications in PCB manufacturing process were also discussed.
