摘　　要： 制度创新是新制度主义经济学研究的热点问题之一,以往的研究几乎一致地承袭了科斯的交易成本分析进路,而简单的需求供给分析方法并不能很好地解释我国的经济制度改革。本文通过对我国经济制度创新主体的划分及深入剖析他们之间的利益依存关系,还原各主体在经济制度改革中的博弈情景从而形成一个理论框架,以此对我国经济改革中的制度创新逻辑进行解释。 Institutional innovation is one of the hot issues of the new institutionalism economics,past research has consistently took their cue from almost Coase's transaction cost analysis approach,and the simple supply demand analysis method cannot well explain the economic system reform of our country. This article try to divide the main body of China's economic system innovation and deeply analyze the interests of the dependent relationship between them to reappear the game of each subject in the reform. Thus,forming a theoretical framework to explain the logic of system innovation in our country's economic reform.
