摘　　要： 中国本位的文化建设,是由王新命、樊仲云、何炳松等人联合发出的口号,在当时引起了广泛关注。其内容作为民国思想文化的沧海一粟。然而通过考察其参与者何炳松,在其间的活动,可见国民党在宣言背后的运作。但是不能以此简单划定何炳松扮演之角色。结合何炳松的活动态度,以及之后担任暨南大学校长的表现,可以见其不愿牵扯政治。而由此可以窥见民国学人中处理和政权关系的方式。 The China-centered culture construct was the slogan published by Wang Xinming,Fan Zhongyun,and He Bingsong,who were joint. In the Republic of China ideology and culture,its contented as a drop in the ocean. By investigating the activity of He Bingsong,who participated this,we can see the operation of Nationalist Party,who were behind the curtain in the declaration. But this couldn't be simply delineated the roles which played by He Bingsong. By the attitude of He Bingsong activated,and being the president of Jinnan University,we can see its reluctant involved in politics. And thus we can get a glimpse of the way,which the scholars in Republic of China handled the relations with the power.
