摘　　要： 近年来,南宁市科技对外交流合作日益活跃,取得了较好成效,但仍存在一些问题,文章结合南宁市实际,提出了完善交流与合作体制机制,建立多元化投入体系,加强交流与合作平台建设,提升交流与合作服务水平等一系列对策建议。 Enforcing the cooperation and exchange with foreign countries and districts is vital for Nanning to accelerate scientific and technological progress and innovation, strengthen competitiveness, and maintain sustainable ability. Though external relations and foreign communications of Nanning becomes increasingly active and are fruitful, there are still some problems. According to Nanning's current situation, the paper provides some advice and countermeasures to tackle them.
