摘　　要： 生产车间设备的合理规划,不仅能降低工厂的物流费用、缩短物料搬运的距离、加快搬运的速度以及减少物料在搬运过程中产生的损耗,还能大大提高企业的生产效率,从而降低生产成本,提高企业的效益。由此,文中以A工厂为研究对象,从物流角度出发并结合系统设施布置设计法的相关知识及其生产厂的平面布置,对其生产设施布局进行分析并提出改善对策与方案。 Appropriate facility layout can not only lower logistics fees,shorten distance of materials handling,quicken materials handling speed,reduce wastage during material handling,but also improve enterprises' production efficiency so as to lower cost and improve enterprises' benefit.Therefore,this thesis,taking A as the object,analyzes its production facility layout and raises improvement strategy considering the aspects of logistics,relevant knowledge about systematic layout planning as well as plane layout of manufacturing plant.
