摘　　要： 冷漠是教育的最大失败,可是在高职院校的教学交往中普遍存有教育冷暴力。从学生对教师实施冷暴力角度探求原因,主要与学生自身的认知水平、习惯、情感态度价值观等有关;与教师的职业教育理念,教学综合素养有关;与高职院校教学管理体制和校园人文环境有关;与学生的家庭教养及社会负能量的影响有关。解决此问题要从以上四方面着手。 Apathy is the greatest failure in education, whereas the emotional abuse generally exists in the teaching communication of vo-cational colleges. From the point of view of the students' emotional abuse towards their teachers, the causes are connected with the stu-dents' cognitive level, habits. emotional attitudes and value, with the teachers' concept of vocational education and teaching qualities, with the teaching management and campus cultural environment of the vocational colleges, and with the students' parental rearing and the ef-fect of the social negative energy. The solutions should start with the above four aspects.
