摘 要: 大学中形成的学习文化是大学整合内在多元价值,应对外部需求的一种价值取向和行动预案。学习文化展现了大学促进学生自觉学习、崇尚学问和勇于创新学习的一整套价值认知和行为范式,具有群体合作性、自我超越性和系统整合性的基本特质。随着这些特质在大学中日益强化和呈现,大学亟待在管理理念、权力结构、制度文化建设上实现策略转型。 As a way to meet the challenges and requirements of the age of Internet technology and economic globalization, learning culture formulated in universities is a kind of value orientation and action plan to integrate universities' internal multiple value and cope with external demand. It demonstrates the cognitive value and behavioral model in which universities enhance students' learning consciousness and innovation. Learning culture in high education owns three specific traits, including group cooperation, self-transcendence and systematic integration, which increasingly compel universities to transform them strategically into the management concept, authority structure, and institution culture.
