摘　　要： 兼职教师成为高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,是高职院校实现人才培养目标工作中不可缺少的力量。本文从有效管理的角度分析当前高职院校兼职教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的对策和建议,以优化教师结构,深化教学改革,提高教学质量。 Part-time teachers become an important part of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,and play an indispensable role in talent training target.This paper is to study on the main problems existing in construction of part-time teachers from view of effective management,and put forward of corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to optimize the structure of teachers,deepen the teaching reforms and to improve the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
