摘　　要： 本文介绍了一个应用计算机图形处理技术研究开发的正颌外科手术的计算机模拟及疗效预测系统.该系统对正颌外科多种手术进行反复模拟,并实时地给出术后的患者颜面部位形态的变化情况以及指导实际手术的精确数据,以确定最佳手术方案.该系统经临床应用.结果真实可靠.令人满意. A computer system for simulating the procedure of operation and predicting the results of orthograthic surgery has been developed. The system is the poineer of the domestic orthograthic surgery field. It can simulate many kinds of orthograthic surgery and Persent the results of Prediction in real time to guide the Practise operation. It is Proved by clinic application that its results are true and reliable.
