摘 要: 引入时域参数的概念把时域方法推广用于研究掺杂SrTiO3陶瓷的线性和非线性效应的微观机理,发现样品的介电极化性质来自四种不同的机构,其中快响应的三种机构的贡献为线性,但占主要成份的慢响应为非线性。 ime domain method is developed to investigate the microscopic mechanism of linear and non-linear effects in doped SrTiO3 ceramics by introduction of the concept of time domain parameters. The dielectric polarization property of doped SrTiO3 ceramics is discovered by four different components. The contribution of three components of the fast response is linear,but slow response of mainly components is non-linear.
