摘 要: 三峡工程是一项跨世纪的水利工程,在全国和长江流域的开发建设中具有巨大的防洪、发电、航运、调水、旅游等综合效益。随着三峡工程的大规模建设,各类环境灾害更加突出,针对环境灾害给三峡地区工农业发展带来的损失,以实地考察和资料分析为依据,本文作者对环境灾害进行了系统分析,阐述了环境灾害产生的原因,进而提出了环境灾害减免之措施。 Sanxia engineering is a water conservancy project that will go beyond the century. Because the large scale construction of Sanxia engineering, the several types of environment hazards that face with are more outstanding, and increase difficulty in resistant hazards,and will seriously control development of Sanxia engineering construction and national economy. To account the losses in industry and agriculture due to environment hazards,and based on the on-the-spot investigation and information analysis, this paper systemically analyzed environment hazards. and expounded the cause of producing it. On these grounds, the measurements of reducing or remitting environment hazards were put forward.
