摘　　要： 本文介绍一组精密的半导体激光管注入电流和工作漫度控制电路，使用该电路，室温下激光管注入电流波动小于１μＡ，管温波动为１０－２℃。 This paper introduces a set of fine injection current and case temperature control circuit for laser diode. By using this circuit, injection current fluctuation is less than A and case tmeperature fluctuation is as low as 10 -2 ℃ at the room temperature.
