摘　　要： 应用分析电镜，对不同贮藏时间、不同地方居群的沙冬青（Ammopiptanthusmongolicus）种子微形态作了对比观察。并报道了用能量色散谱分析法，对种子主要化学元素含量的测定结果。 The paper repots the microstructure features of the seeds of 2 populations and 5 different collecting date in Ammopiptanthus mongolicus (Maxim. ) Cheng f. under microscope and scanning electron-microscope. By energy dispersion spectroscopy (DES )method the contents of main elements of seeds and seed coat in different population of A. mongolicus were determined.
