摘 要: 以4,4'-二苯硫钅翁基二苯硫醚六氟磷酸盐(BDS)和环戊二烯基异丙苯六氟磷酸盐(Fe-Ar)为光引发剂,研究了环氧树脂(E44)/三乙二醇二乙烯基醚(TGDVE)混合体系的光聚合.BDS的引发活性高于Fe-Ar.固化产物动态力学性能的测定表明该两组分可具有较好的相容性;组成影响两者的相容性和物理机械性能;适量的TGDVE既可提高环氧树脂的抗张强度又能改善其脆性. The photopolymerization of epoxy resin (E44)/triethylene glycol divinyl ether (TGDVE) system was studied by using 4,4'diphenylsulfoniumdiphenylthioether hexafluorophosphate (BDS) or cyclopentadienylcumene iron hexafluorophosphate(FeAr) as photoinitiators. The activity of BDS is higher than FeAr. Determination of the dynamic mechanical properties of the cured product indicates that the two components are compatible. The composition affects the compatibility and the physicomechanical properties. Adding appropriate amount of TGDVE may not only increase the tensile strength of the epoxy resin but also decrease its brittleness.
