摘 要: 报导了杂交辣椒种子在不同贮藏条件下活力的变化.结果表明,杂交辣椒种子在一般条件下不耐贮藏.当年新收获的辣椒种子,发芽率为88%,活力指数为6.98;室温开放贮藏12个月后,发芽率下降到0.低温和低含水量有利于辣椒种子的贮藏.在室温超干以及15℃、相对湿度为30%条件下,辣椒种子活力保持最好. The germination percentage of fresh cayenne pepper seeds was 88% and vigor index 698. After 12 month storage in open condition, the germination percentage decreased to zero. Low temperature and low moisture content(MC) were found to be advantageous to the storage of cayenne pepper seeds.The vigor of seeds storaged in normal temperature and ultradry condition was the highest and similar to that of seeds storaged in 15 ℃ and 30%RHThere was good correlation between the acid phosphatase, catalase and peroxidase activity and the seed vigor. The peak period of volatile aldehyde (VA) evolved by cayenne pepper seeds are in 1st day. The amount of VAs evolved by cayenne pepper seeds was in inverse proportion to seed vigour.
