摘　　要： 旧城更新是关于城市生长的一个命题，本文对其内涵和使命作了深入的分析和准确的定义，并就城市的保护、整治。 Urban renewal is a setting problem about the city growing. In this paper, after analysing deeply the mission and its contents, the author would supply its accurate definition, and would put forwaud the systematic academic opinion, the problems about the safeguarding, the renovating, the developing and the extending in the city planning.
