摘 要: 利用扫描电镜研究了尼龙1010在甲酸蒸气中的溶剂诱导结晶现象,考察了结晶形态、薰蒸温度和时间对溶剂诱导结晶的影响。发现结晶温度较低时形成的正环状球晶易于发生诱导结晶;而结晶温度较高时形成的放射状球晶,在相同薰蒸条件下不产生诱导结晶;室温和60℃时诱导结晶现象明显,薰蒸时间延长,诱导结晶增多,可形成多种结晶形态。 he solvent induction crystallization of nylon 1010 in formic acid steam has been studied by SEM. It has been found that positive ringed spherulite sample crystallized at lower temperature can easyly produce the phenomenon, but nonringed spherulite samples cant. This phenomenon is evident steaming at room temperature and 60 ℃. Prolonging the steaming time, the solvent induction crystal become more and larger. A few kinds of morphologies can be obtained in the process.
