摘　　要： 对英语词汇歧义进行专题研究，对同形异义词、多义词、习语。 This paper makes a monographic study of the ambiguities of English words and phrases with a classified description and analysis of the lexical ambiguities and their semantic properties brought about by homonyms, polsemantic words, idioms, American English and British English as well as rhetorical figures.
