摘　　要： 配送功能不足与欠缺,是制约连锁企业经营发展的瓶颈,明确配送中心的基本功能与作用是促进配送中心建设的关键,配送中心组建方式、运行机制、区域定位、装备条件、人才配置,管理要求更应是连锁企业必须思考的课题. Abstract The insufficient Supply function is a bottle-neck restraining the businessdevelopment in the chain Enterprise. So defining the basic function and role of the supplycenter is the key to promote the construction of the supply center, and the prob1ems, such asthe way to form the supply center. The revolving mechanism, the sales territory, location, theequipment conditions, the talent allocation and the managerial requirements must be consid-ered.
