摘　　要： 即将到来的知识经济时代必将给高等教育带来深刻的变革。因此，在探讨21世纪高等教育时；必须从知识经济时代角度重新考虑高等教育的改革与发展。迎接知识经济的挑战，关键在于教育观的改变。高等学校必需努力成为国家创新体系的支柱、为此，必需十分重视创新人才的培养和科学技术的开发。 The coming knowledge economy era will absolutely bring far-reaching reform to higher education. Therefore when discussing higher education in the 21st century, we must reconsider its reform and development from the angle of knowledge economy era. Meeting the challenge of KE lies basically in the change of education idea. Higher university must endeavor to be the pillar of national innovation system. So we must lay stress on education of innovative talent and development of science technology.
