摘　　要： 介绍了两点误差分离法动态测试超精密车床主轴回转误差运动的方法,建立了数学模型并进行了仿真,研制了测试系统。实验表明该测试系统操作方便,性能稳定,测试精度良好。 A new method is used to measure the dynamic spindle error motion of ultraprecision lathe with tow-point error separation technique. A model is est ablished and simulated. A dynamic measurement system is designed and developed. The experimental results show that the measurement system is stable and convenie nt to be operated and the accuracy is high.
