摘　　要： 意外伤害保险以被保险人遭受意外伤害及其所致残废、死亡为承保责任范围。在界定意外伤害时,应当紧紧抓住外来性、偶然性和急剧性这三个特征,才能科学的认识意外伤害的内涵。 The coverage of Accident Insurance is the contingent injury to the insurant and his/her consequent disability or death.The cognizance of contingent injury should refer to three characteristics :externality,contingency and rapidness.Only in this way can we understand the connotation of contingent injury scientifically.
