摘　　要： 民办高校有较强成本约束,两头要面向市场。教育过程、招生与就业的健康运转,对民办高校的生存和发展至关重要。教育过程存在资本替代劳动。教育过程决定就业过程,就业状况影响招生。教育通过提高学生学业成绩影响着就业,而办学条件又制约学生质量和控制成本,良好的就业推介工作弥补了学生质量和教育成本的不足。所有这些都有着典型的企业管理过程特征。 Private Colleges and Universities pay much attention to education cost,and markets of students recruit and students' employment.It is a key that students recruit,education process,and employment should move well.Education capital may substitute labor in the education process.Education process decides on employment through teaching students' knowledge and skills,and then the condition of running a school will restrict students quality and education cost.A good employment condition may make up for the inferior quality and lack of education cost.All these have highlighted the enterpfizational management process of running private higher education.
