摘　　要： 本文从博弈和修辞的角度对企业应用管理时尚失败的原因进行了研究。基于博弈的观点认为,企业应用管理时尚是为了使损失最小化而不是使收益最大化。基于修辞的观点认为,修辞型的管理时尚代替了技术型的管理时尚是导致企业应用管理时尚失败的原因。因此,管理者既要认真评估应用管理时尚的收益,也要严格执行选定的管理时尚。 This article conducted the synthetic study on the reasons for enterprises' abortive application of management fashion from the perspective based on the game theory and rhetoric.The viewpoint based on the game theory believes that the enterprises' using of management fashion is to minimize the loss rather than maximize the profit.The viewpoint based on the rhetoric theory believes that the replacement of technological management fashion by rhetorical management fashion causes the enterprise' abortive application of management fashion. Therefore,it' s not only necessary for managers to appraise the profit of the application of management fashion, but also must fulfill the select management fashion exactly.
