摘 要: 本文基于浙江省企业职工问卷调查数据,采用改进后的Brown et.al(1980)工资差异分解方法测算了城镇职工和农民工的职位分布差别以及工资差异的各个组成部分。本研究发现,相比以往同类研究歧视的影响程度有所下降;农民工没有受到职业获得歧视,但是同工不同酬现象较为严重。本文认为缩小两类劳动力的收入差异应同时从几方面入手:提高农民工拥有的人力资本的数量和质量;深化户籍制度改革,保障农民工权益;发展非公有制经济,完善劳动力市场等。 Based on data collected from companies in Zhejiang Province,we calculates the difference of occupational distribution and the makeup of average hourly wage differential between urban workers and rural laborers by employing a developed Brown et.al(1980) decomposition method.Our research reveals,the degree of discrimination in this research is relatively low when compared with previous similar research;rural laborers are not prohibited from certain occupation due to discrimination,however,unequal pay within-occupation still exists.Thus,the solution to shorten the wage differential should start from the following aspects:improve both the level and the quality of rural laborers' human capital possession;deepen registration system reform,ensure the benefits of rural laborers;develop non-public economy,promote competitive labor market,etc.
