摘 要: 高校中层干部是高校改革发展的具体管理者、组织者和实践者。在推动高校改革和发展的过程中,具有举足轻重的作用。提高治校办学能力的关键在于,加强高校中层干部管理能力的培训。本文对加强高校中层管理干部培训的必要性及国外培训项目的组织、内容、方式、质量管理及效果迁移进行了探索,对组织管理干部到国外培训有一定的借鉴意义。 As concrete managers,organizers and implementors,the middle-level managerial cadres at colleges and universities play a major role in promoting the reform and development of the institutions.The key to the improvement of university administration and education levels is to strengthen the cadres training on managerial abilities.This article probes into the necessity of training middle- level cadres discusses the organization,contents,forms,quality management and effect transfer of overseas training programs,and provides some experience on organizing programs of the same kind.
