摘　　要： 本文通过内容分析法抽样分析1998—2007年10年间行政管理学科学学位硕士论文的研究主题、研究阶段、研究导向、研究框架、理论依据、研究方法、学术规范性、引文分析等要素,描述其研究状况,找出其发展趋势及存在问题,进而通过研究生学位论文透视整个中国行政管理专业的学术状况。 This study reviews the research topics and methodologies of master's theses on Public Administration from 1998 to 2007 in China.By focusing on the subject areas,research stages,focus,the framework applied,research methods and techniques,academic norm and cited references,the contents of a sample of 402 master's theses on Public Administration were analyzed. Comparative findings on the general characteristic of the theses,on topics and on the methods used are presented.The factors associated with graduate research quality in the field were also identified.
