鳜鳃的扫描电镜观察
The scanning electron microscopical observation of the gill structure in mandarin fish,Siniperca chuatsi

摘  要: 应用扫描电镜对鳜Siniperca chuatsi鳃的表面形态结构进行了观察。结果表明:鳜鳃的表面结构和微细结构与其他硬骨鱼类基本相似,鳃弓和鳃丝表面分布有规则或不规则的微嵴结构,鳃小片表面凹凸不平,不存在微嵴结构;鳃弓着生在鳃耙的周围,有许多类似于小的鳃耙构成的区域;扫描电镜下能分辨出鳜鳃上的扁平上皮细胞、黏液细胞和泌氯细胞。鳃弓及鳃丝表面的扁平上皮细胞具有不规则分布的微嵴结构,且前者扁平上皮细胞间的界限清楚,而后者的界限模糊;鳃弓和鳃丝上的黏液细胞数量明显多于鳃小片;鳃小片基部有泌氯细胞分布,但数量很少。这些结构特点与其生理功能和生活习性密切相关。 The gill structure of mandarin fish Siniperca chuatsi was described by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the surface structure and ultrastructure of the gill were similar to that of other teleosts.The gill archs and gill filament showed regular and irregular microridges.The gill lamellae have no ridges,but have more concave and unevenness on the surfaces.There are many regions around gill rakes,consisting of conelike protuberance,which is similar to the small gill rake in structure.With scanning electron microscope,three kinds of cells,i.e.pavement cell,chlofide cell and mucous cell were observed in the gill.The boundaries of pavement cells in the gill arch are well defined by microridges,but in the gill filament it is characterized by irregular microridge throughout the cell surface,with unclear definition of the cell boundaries.There are more mucous cells on the gill arch and gill filament than those on the gill lamellae while less chloride cells are distributed on the gill filaments,which morphological gill the characteristics may be closely related to its physiological functions.
