混合侵蚀和冻融交替作用下持续承载钢筋混凝土梁试验

摘  要: 通过实验室快速冻融试验,研究了承受不同持续荷载的钢筋混凝土梁在冻融循环与混合侵蚀溶液交替作用下,梁的正截面受弯和斜截面受剪承载力、刚度和表面形态的劣化情况。试验所用的侵蚀溶液由氯离子和硫酸根离子混合而成。试验结果表明,持续荷载明显加速了钢筋混凝土梁的性能劣化。持续荷载越大,梁表面混凝土剥离和裂缝处钢筋锈蚀越严重;梁的受弯承载能力、受剪承载能力和变形能力也随着持续荷载的增加而降低。用试验获得的混凝土抗压强度、纵向受力筋面积和箍筋面积(去除锈蚀层),以及我国现行混凝土结构设计规范的相应公式,计算所得的受弯承载力和受剪承载力与试验结果吻合较好。 By quickly freeze-thaw experiments in laboratory,the reinforced concrete beams sustained different loading were experimental investigated under the alternative actions of freeze-thaw cycles and mix-aggressive solution,where the flexural bearing capacity in the vertical cross-section and shear bearing capacity in diagonal cross-section,stiffness and surface styles of the beams are degraded.The mix-aggressive solution was mixed with sodium chloride(NaCl) and sodium sulfates(Na2SO4).The experimental results indicate that the performance deterioration of reinforced concrete beams was significantly accelerated by the sustained loading.The higher the sustained loading was,the more serious damage the beams surface would suffer,and the more serious corrosion the steel bars would be.The flexural bearing capacity,shear bearing capacity and the deformation capacity of reinforced concrete beams decreased as the sustained loading being increased.Then,the flexural bearing capacity and shear bearing capacity were calculated with the current design code of concrete structures,where the concrete compressive strength and real area of longitudinal steel bars and stirrups(after rusting) were tested.The calculated results according to the current codes are corresponding well with the experiments.
