摘　　要： 数字迎新系统克服了传统迎新模式费时、费力、易错的缺点。文章介绍了浙江大学数字迎新系统的开发背景,提出对传统复杂的跨部门的迎新工作进行数字化与网络化改造,使各部门的迎新工作得以协同进行,从而为新生提供一个快速、高效、便捷的手续办理环境。该系统充分利用了各种信息资源对迎新工作流程的优化,以减轻迎新现场工作压力,使新生在较短时间完成原本繁琐的新生报到工作,从而提出了一种利用现有资源提高工作效率的新思路。 Based on Campus Smart Card,the new college registration system for freshmen has high accuracy and efficiency and solves the problems of time-consumption,energy-consumption and errors existing in the traditional system.This paper introduced the development background of college registration system of Zhejiang University firstly,and then presented the system design and implementation method.The new system uses the basic installations existing in campus to implement the campus digitization projects,can finish the student enrollment process in a shorter time by reading card,inquiring and printing,it provides a new idea of utilizing the current resources to improve efficiency.
