摘　　要： 对常规变电站进行数字化改造,可借鉴的工程实践经验非常少。本文以变电站数字化改造的可行性分析为出发点,结合工程实际,对改造过程中几个关键问题进行逐一分析。合并单元和二次设备之间采用IEC60044-7/8规约进行传输,同时在合并单元内部,对角度及额定延时进行补偿,从而使数据的采集、传输实现了同步。分阶段进行母线保护改造,既可以提高供电可靠性,又可以保证母线保护安全运行,但必须保证数字量和模拟量的正确配合。而主变差动保护的改造更是要综合考虑经济性和安全性。通过分析比较,本文针对改造中的几个关键问题均找出了切实可行的办法,并在工程实践中得以实施。 The experience to be used for reference is very poor on digital rebuilding to routine substation.In this paper,several pivotal problems are analyzed and it bases on the feasibility about digital rebuilding of substation.IEC60044-7/8 is used by merging unit and protecting device.The angle and lingering time are compensated in merging unit.So the data is collected and transmitted isochronous.Rebuilding the bus protection by stages can improve the reliability and ensure the function of bus protection.But it must pledge that digital variable and physical variable can assort.We must think over the economy and security about rebuilding the main transformer protection.Through the analysis and compare,the means is found about the pivotal problem and is put in practice.
