摘 要: 对深圳、珠海两市483所幼儿园的园长进行问卷调查发现,园长对教师素质的期望包括专业技能、特长、学历等多个方面。园长希望教师具备组织日常教育教学的专业技能和敬业精神,持有合理的教育观念,并具有大专学历、接受过3~4年的职前专业教育等。 A survey of 483 kindergarten headmasters in Shenzhen shows that headmasters’ expectations on teachers’ qualities include their professional skills, strengths and degrees. Headmasters look forward to teachers who are able to organize classroom teaching activities, and have received 3 or 4 years of pre-service training. They should own college education background and love the profession with proper educational beliefs.
