摘　　要： 汇率风险主要指外汇汇兑损益。企业汇兑损益产生的原因包括现汇兑换损益和账务核算汇兑损益,按币种结构可分为国际主要自由兑换货币之间、当地币与国际主要自由兑换货币之间和人民币与国际主要自由兑换货币之间三类。中国石化的海外投资业务规模不断扩大,境外投资、境外工程承包和贸易等不同业务都会面临汇率风险。深入探讨规避或减少汇兑损失的对策与方法具有非常的意义和作用。 Exchange rate risk mainly refers to exchange profit and loss of foreign currency.The reason causing exchange profit and loss for enterprise includes exchange profit and loss of spot exchange and account;In terms of currency structure,exchange includes that among main international freely convertible currencies,currency between the native and main international freely convertible currencies,between RMB and main international freely convertible currencies.With the enlargement of investment business abroad of SINOPEC,investment abroad,engineering contract and trade abroad will face the exchange rate risk.We deeply studied policy and method to prevent and lower exchange loss.
