摘　　要： 在吸取他人先进经验与方法的基础出上以"TZ模式"为参照,以中专学校体育活动为对象,以教育价值理论作指导,利用可行的分析技术和分析方法,对武汉中专学校体育工作作有目的、系统的信息搜集和加工处理,对实现体育教育的目的和制约因素作出价值判断,以帮助教育行政部门和学校优化中专学校体育的管理手段,为科学评价提供简便、有效的监测手段、方法。探讨适用于学校体育工作管理的评价理论、技术。 Based on 'TZ model' and guided by theory of educational value,information on physical activities in technical secondary schools in Wuhan city were systematically collected and processed to make value analysis on the realization of PE aims and its relevant restricting factors in these schools,so as to help educational administrative and school authorities to better their management.Theory and techniques for evaluation of ohysical education in schools were discussed and more effective but easier used supervision and evaluation methods were provided.
