摘　　要： 企业环境报告制度是最近几年国际上提出的一种企业自我环境管理的制度,是一种自愿性的企业环境行为信息公开手段。笔者主要介绍了这种制度的概念、类型、原理及国内外的有关实践,提出在我国建立企业环境报告制度的初步设想。 Environmental report is a new instrument for enterprise self-management which has been put forward recently by industrialized countries.It encourages enterprises to actively disclose their environmental performance.The authors briefly describe the concept,classification and principle of environmental report,analyze both the overseas cases and the pilots in China,and put forward the framework for future environmental report system in China.
