摘　　要： 文章从军民融合发展的角度来对普通高校国防生培养工作有效途径这一问题进行研究，尤其是结合江西几所国防生培养签约高校工作经验进行论述，并得出了三点结论，即：为军地合作创造“好环境”；为融合发展创造“大气候”；为人才培养创造“浓氛围”。 The essay researches on the issue about the innovative ways of cultivating general university national defense stu-dents from the perspective of civil-military integrated development, especially expounding it by combining the working ex-perience of several regular institutions of higher education that cultivate national defense students, and draws three con-clusions, including creating a nice environment for cooperation of military and locality, producing a good climate for the fus-ion development, and bringing out a strong atmosphere for talents training.
