摘　　要： 我国农村社区建设正处于初级阶段,对于推进社会主义新农村建设、构建和谐社会具有重大的意义。农村社区的建设涉及农村社会发展的多个方面,需要党和政府、广大社会力量的广泛积极参与。本文通过分析大学生志愿者参与农村社区建设的现状及功能定位,积极探索大学生志愿者有效参与农村社区建设的基本途径,并提出对策以促进大学生志愿者参与农村社区建设实现可持续发展。 Rural community development is at an early stage, has great significance to promote new socialist countryside con-struction, building a harmonious society. Rural communities involved in many aspects of rural social development requires the ac-tive participation of a wide range of party and government, the majority of social forces. This paper analyzes the status and function of positioning student volunteers to participate in the construction of rural communities, and actively explore the basic way of stu-dent volunteers to participate effectively in the construction of rural communities, and come up with strategies to promote student volunteers to participate in the construction of rural communities to achieve sustainable development.
