摘　　要： 学校是以生命影响生命的教育,对后进生的教育和转化更是教师工作的重点和难点。后进生转化工作的进行直接影响着教育的实施和班级文化的建设,但是如何具体转化呢?本文就该问题进行浅论,希望对广大师生能有帮助。 School is the education of impacting life by life, the education and transformation of underachiever is more im-portant and difficult work of teachers. Work carried underachiever transformed directly affects the construction and imple-mentation of education and culture classes, but how to make the specific transformation of it? This paper discusses on the issue, hope to be able to help the teachers and students.
