摘　　要： 本文结合近期所在单位推进复合式创新型人才培养改革,提出应充分利用契机,结合二级学院拓展专业改革,设计二级学院学分制改革方案。在提出改革思路之余,也对改革中可能遇到的问题提出了个人思考。 In this paper, combined with the recent hybrid propulsion unit where innovative talents training reform, should take advantage of the opportunity presented, combining two professional development institute reforms designed two college credit reform programs. Proposed reform ideas, but also put forward personal thinking on the issues may be encountered in the reform.
