摘　　要： 20世纪70年代,日本集合住宅经历了从高层低密度到低层高密度的转折,这个转折是由日本社会发展的时代需求、学者对于高层建筑的批判以及地方官员对于地方建筑的倡导等多方面的因素造成的。对于日本集合住宅时兴的探讨,可以为我国住房问题的思考提供一定的参考。 In 1970s’, Japanese residential buildings had experience that turning from high rise - low density to low rise-high density , The reason include the demands for the social development, criticism of the high-rise building from scholars and the local building advocacy from Local officials ,etc. Research on Japanese residential buildings’ fashionability, We can provide certain reference for the thinking of Chinese housing problems.
