摘　　要： 社区是城市碳排放的主要部分和碳循环的基本系统,因此也成为低碳实践和研究的重点。英国贝丁顿社区是世界低碳社区的典范,在社区规划建设和社区管理维护方面具有诸多值得借鉴的先进经验。通过对贝丁顿社区的实地考察,结合全球各地低碳社区发展经验,从创新推广低碳科技、优化设计生态体系、建立低碳政策标准、鼓励居民主动参与等方面论述其对中国低碳社区发展的启示。 Community is the main area of urban carbon emissions and the fundamental system of carbon cycle,as well as the focal point of low-carbon practice and research.Beddington Zero-Energy-Development community is a model of the world's low-carbon communities,and it provides lots of valuable and advanced experience in community planning and construction,and community management and maintenance. Through a field investigation and combined with the development of low-carbon communities around the world,the paper tries to explore its inspiration for China from the perspective of innovating and publicizing low-carbon technology,optimizing the design of ecological system,building low-carbon policies and stand-ards,and encouraging residents’active participation,etc.
