摘　　要： 公司的发展在结果意义上与国家经济繁荣、民众财富增长紧密相连,在原因意义上则与该国能否提供一个适合本国语境的公司法规范结构不可分割。目前我国公司法虽在规则设置方面已取得巨大进步,但仍存在有限公司与股份公司制度功能区分度不够的问题,未来公司法仍将面临一次较大的结构变迁。 The development of companies has closely connection with prosperity of the nation and wealth of the masses,which results from an appropriate rules’structure of company law.Although the company law in our country has improved greatly,it will face a big structural transformation in the future because the insufficient distinction of limited company and limited company by share.
