摘　　要： 本文基于CDIO人才培养理念,认为在外语习得的过程也需要经过"构思——设计——实现——运作"这四个步骤。强调努力培养学生的语言基础知识、专业技能、团队合作以及综合运用能力。提倡在教学中以实践、创新的方式来培养外语人才。 This thesis is based on the CDIO education concept and considers the process of acquisition of a foreign language needs to go through the four steps of 'Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate'.Emphasize the cultivation of ‘Technical Knowledge’,‘Personal and Professional Skills’,‘Teamwork and Communication’.To promote innovative ways to cultivate talents of foreign languages in teaching practice.
